Shipping Information

Shipping Costs:
Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 1st Class - £3.75
Next Day Delivery: Royal Mail Special Delivery - £6.50
International Delivery - £8.00*

*International delivery for parcels over 2kg may be subject to extra charges

Delivery Time:
Orders placed before 4pm on working days will be shipped on the same day, subject to product availability. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will
be despatched on the following working day.

Orders shipped on the Next Day service will be despatched as per the terms above and are guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive the next working day before 13:00.
A signature will be required to receive orders on the Next Day service. If you are not available when delivery is attempted, a card will be left. Full instructions on arranging a redelivery or collection will be on that card.

Should there be any delay with shipping you will be notified of the expected despatch time by email. In the case of multiple products we may ship the available parts of the order immediately. The remaining items will be despatched as soon as they become available, at no extra cost.
